The best Grandad and most perfect Husband.

Created by Danielle 3 years ago

Our Grandad, left us a year ago. Not a day goes by where I don't miss him terribly. Nanny does too. Though the pain and broken hearts we have will never heal. He was the best grandad, we never went without, N&G gave us everything and stepped up to help raise us, they didn't have to but chose to. I can only pray that my own son grows up to be like his Great Grandad. He would love educating us, showing us how things work, fixing things, making us laugh by doing something silly, really silly! Not only did he have us grandchildren in the UK who knew he was a hero and love him so much, he also leaves behind pseudo-Grandchildren in Spain where he retired. I know how kind he was to his 'adopted' family in Spain too, helping children with education fees, housing and many other random acts of kindness. He never raised his voice or hand to anyone.
I can only hope that I meet a man so perfect as a husband as he was to Nanny. Here he is in his younger days, strong, fit, good looking - check out those abs at 50+ years of age!
RIP Grandad Stoker
P.S I'm sorry for using a pressure washer on your external bungalow walls and ruining the paint when I was young, just as you had put it up for sale too! as an adult i don't know how you kept so cool saying oh well you done the patio and didn't realised the walls were not supposed to be done, my fault for not letting you know that, "it does nee matter Dani"
